What are your order minimums?
We don’t require a minimum quantity per SKU, so you can mix and match styles to suit your store. Our only requirement is a minimum order value of $250 USD for opening orders, and $150 USD for reorders.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our US-based warehouse. Orders to US locations typically deliver within 5–7 business days.
Are your designs original?
Yes! Every product is designed in the US and created exclusively for Notcoy. Our collections are only available through us, so your customers get something they won’t find anywhere else.
What is your return or exchange policy for wholesale orders?
We replace or credit any defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. For all other returns, please contact us to discuss options.

Absolutely! We offer product photography, lifestyle imagery, and merchandising tips to help you display our products beautifully in-store and online.
